pero no sé si es correcto esta frase

Could i ask that, why INTRUNSECA is before the word instead of after????

becoz i always dunno how to place the adjective.

I would say it this way:

"Aún interrumpe más la intrínseca interacción humana en el distrito."

Note that Aún (Still) is not really necessary, but it does add effect.
