Hi and welcome to the forum,
You guessed correctly. Flashcards marked as "listed" are available for all to study and practice with. That is why it is important to make sure you do your best to follow the guidelines for creating flashcards. Of course we all make mistakes ( I sure did!), but Heidi was kind enough to help me with corrections.
