This word is on two Colombian birth certificates that I'm trying to translate. "Corregiduría" is given as an option next to Notary Public and Town Hall to classify the type of registry.

Corregiduría is typically the office of a magistrate or mayor, so in your case of birth certicates, I would use "Office of Public Records."
