¿A hablar Español esta major a concentrar en el Vocabulario o Gramatica ?
To speak Spanish is it better to concentrate on the grammar or the vocabulary?

Definitely both. You can know words but without knowing gramatical structure you won't be able to understand nor tense nor meaning of the phrase. And vice versa, if you know the grammar, you are able to say what in what tense is the sentence, but you won't understand anything. And don't forget listening, it is also very important!
