You might need the correct accentuation to translate it -

No sé por qué me pasa amigo Cuando me gusta siempre se me va de la mano. Parece que a nadie le gusto. Por eso nunca consigo un novio.

Sounds like love problems to me... Alas, love truly is not limited to one language, and no one is immune to love troubles.
