I think that there is at least one word missing in the original text you sent... In the third sentence we have the following: "Frente a las tarjetas de fútbol hay 3 filas de tarjetas de béisbol con (¿cuantas?) tarjetas en cada fila." Without this word it's impossible to solve the problem.

Fred has collected a total of 80 cards. One exhibit (or display) of Fred's cards includes 2 rows of football cards with 15 cards in each row. In front of the football cards there are 3 rows of baseball cards with (how many?) cards in each row. In front of the baseball cards there are 4 rows of basketball cards. If the sequence goes on, how many basketball cards are there in each of the 4 rows?
