what's wrong with the flashcards and recognition portion of the lesson?

I have completed watching the lesson however when I go to do the flashcard excercises they are not available.

This question comes up frequently and I've had problems myself with the videos or flashcards. In my experience, it usually is related to either a temporary glitch in the website that will resolve spontaneously with time or problems with out of date internet browsers or software. The times that I have had trouble, it resolved after updating my internet browser or changing to mozilla firefox. It is frustrating, especially if you have limited computer knowledge like me.

I've noticed that the Flashcards and the voice thingy occasionally fail.

With images sometimes you don't see an image and only see the multiple choice options.

With the voice ones a few invariably fail to give the sound and, again, you are presented with the multiple choice options with no idea of what the answer might be,

but hey... it works, mas o menos. Maybe it's a way of making sure you can never be a 100% correct
