How do you say American Board of Medical Specialties?

I'm doing a presentation on future careers, and I need to explain that doctors are certified by organizations such as the American Board of Medical Specialties.

You normally don't translate the name of an organization, since basically that is their legal name, but in case they do have another entity in another language, I suggest you contact the organization directly (this particular group has a website with even a phone number and contact e-mail). However, you may be just wanting to describe what the organization does, in that case, you should ask the question on how to translate a blurb of what it is the organization does.
