how would i say "Clocking in and clocking out for lunch break is to be done one way only.You clock out before you eat and then you clock back in after you are finished. If you clock in and out at the same time, your pay will be docked 30 minutes."I have many hispanic employees that do not understand the policy and the translations i get do not make any sense. Please help

El chequeo/registro de la entrada y la salida para el descanso para el almuerzo será realizado de la siguiente manera: Se checará/registrará la salida antes de empezar a comer, y se checará/registrará la entrada al terminar de comer. Si el chequeo/registro de salida y el de entrada se realizan a la misma hora, se le descontarán 30 minutos de su paga.
