Song: Regalame una noche by Luna Llena

Question

This is the chorus of a song called "Regálame una noche" by Luna Llena. I copied the lyrics from a lyrics site. I've been trying to translate it and although I understand the underlying emotions, I can't quite work out the literal translation. Could anyone correct my translation please?

yo sé que mis deseos son como la miel I know my whishes are like honey

amante y natural como lo puedes ver lover (?) and natural as you can see

así mismo es mi cuerpo cuando se me entregan just like that is my body when it gives in

regálame una noche ya que tu te vas give me a night since you leave

it means that she has sweet desires and sweet wishes, and that her wishes and desires are natural(for a woman) as well as her body being a work of nature and as well natural. She is weak for this person and is throwing herself to him, but demanding that in return, this guy is suppose to give her a night to remember.
