Is there distinct slang spoken by Afro-Hispanics (like our afro-american ebonics?
I don't mean Spanish spoken with poor grammar. I mean a sub-dialect/ that is used by african-hispanic folks in their respective country.

I think my white Puerto Rican/Dominican/Cuban friends speak a little differently from their "hip-hop" (usually though not necessarily Black/mulatto) countrymen. The distinction is not as great as it is between Black and white North Americans, though.
Definetively, in Colombia, black people speak very different from the rest of the population. We make fun of them trying to imitate them. I would say that it is about the same as in America where blacks have their own way to say things.
