Can you have two conjugated verbs next to each other or are there other rules for that: For Example: Mis padres no me permiten salga con Antonio. ¿Y ustedes no desean van? (is the verb -ir conjugated correctly?)

Generally, when you have two verbs in a row, the second verb is in the infinitive form.

Mis padres no me permiten salir con Antonio

¿Y ustedes no desean ir?
