Depends on how you're using the word. You could say mucho gusto en conocerte, doña Maria. Or you could say, Hoy conoci a la doña Maria.

but I mean with the third person... do you use the indirect "le" (mucho gusto en conocerle a Dona Maria.) or the direct "la" (mucho gusto en conocerla Dona Maria.) ?? - mazourj, ENE 31, 2010
