Aston Villa is a Football Club, correct?

" i spend my money on my favourite club which is Aston Villa, i go and watch them play at Villa Park sometime because i want to show my support for my club"

Gasto mi dinero para mi club favorito. A veces lo miro jugar en Villa Park (el Parque Villa) porque quisiera apoyar al club.

Someone let me know if that's not correct...can you use the word apoyar for supporting a team? Is it better to say quisiera o quiero?

"apoyar" is fine. "quiero" would be better here. - samdie, ENE 23, 2010

"On" my favorite club? I would have thought "'in' my favorite club". At any rate" "gasto mi dinero para/en mi club favorito."
