Felice Navidad is likely the most common greeting, but since children receive their gifts on Three Kings Day , that has its own greeting. What is that greeting?

It is more common to just say "Feliz día de Reyes".

And just for your information, children in the North part of México receive their gifts on Christmas Day (Dec 25th). However, families that have emigrated from the South to the North keep the tradition of giving the gifts to their children on Jan 6th. Some even got gifts on both days!

Feliz Dia de los Reyes is the only one that I have heard of. Thanks for your time. Hope I helped you out.
