How do you translate "prevalencia atendida" and "pacientes atendidas en atención primaria" in a text on medical care and treatment of disease?

For the
prevalencia atendida
could you provide the whole context? Maybe it's "prevalence expected" but I think the context is necessary here. "Prevalencia" probably refers to the number (proportion or percentage) of people in a given population who are suffering from a disease.
