May I have assistance with communicating with Puerto Rico to seek a rental for two months?

Dear SpanishDict,

I'm interested in renting a condo for two months this winter in Puerto Rico but have encountered a few landlords who don't speak English yet they have the availability during the time I'm looking for accommodations.

I've been to South America 20 years ago yet have retained some of the basic conversational skills.

I'd like to communicat via email and telephone conversation that I will be visiting Dec 10-16 to view properties to rent for the months of July and August.

I can't tell you how much I would appreciate your help.
