When describing the weather do you you esta? or hay? and when do you one or the other? Do we say "Hay neblina" or "Esta neblina?" and why do we say "Esta nublado" "Hay nubes?" Are they just all interchangeable?

Do don't say is mist = neblina. We say is misty = neblinoso

Hay neblina = There's mist.

It's a misty day = Es un día neblinoso

nubes (clouds) is a noun --- nublado (cloudy) is an adjective

Está nublado = it's cloudy

Hay nubes = There are clouds
