Welcome to the Forum TSauncy!

The word 'reunión' simply means 'gathering, or meeting'. So if it is out of context then it has to be qualified.

'Business meeting' would be 'reunión de negocios'.

You may also find this definition on SpanishDict for reunión helpful.
