If you click on "More" above, and then on "Conjugation" and then type in the verb, you can see all you want. That is the best way to learn.

Hi Kash. Welcome to the forum. 
Here's a whole article just about the Present Progressive in Spanish.
To form the gerund of regular verbs, drop the infinitive ending (-ar, -er, -ir) and add -ando to the stem of -ar verbs and -iendo to the stem of -er and -ir verbs.
For example, estoy comiendo.
