Dogmas were everywhere you turned and Sor Juana raised her voice, despite these dogmas. In the end, the archbishop of Mexico deprived her of her libray, her pens, ink, and instruments with the hope of quieting her. The voice de Sor Juana...is alive today. It lives through her poems and proves that she will never be silenced.

This is really a pleasant diversion from what I'm doing!
