How can you say I love you in Spanish

I'm an English girl and my boyfriend is Argentinian. He speaks English perfectly but tells me alot that its hard for him to express how he feels in English and sometimes I like to tell him I love him in Spanish. If you are Spanish can you tell me if this sounds strong(passionate) and sweet:

Te amo mucho bebe. Tu el mi vida, mi amor, mi feliz, mi corazon, y mi todo.

If not, any better suggestions for pretty much I love you and you mean absolutely everything to me??

I like eres mi media naranja. Literally: you're my half-orange! Which I understand means something like "soul mate" ("I am but half an orange without you", perhaps?).

I would say: Te quiero mucho cariño. Tu eres mi vida, mi amor, mi felizidad, mi corazón y todo para mí.
