Hm... my interpretation is that it should've been written, "Está por hacer, mi muy bonita amiga." Which would mean... It must be done / It's about to be done / etc., my very pretty friend.

I agree with gfreed, it sounds like it was written by someone whose Spanish grammar isn't very good.

I read it as "ésta por hacer mi bonita amiga"
Like, this (thing) for being my pretty friend. Maybe he/she was doing something for you or giving you something.

estar+por=about to

It sounds like a poor, word for word translation said by someone not fluent in Spanish.

estar por hacer=he/she is about to do or about to make...

The rest of it, word for word, is "my very pretty friend"
