When do you say "'estoy mi, yo" ? I can not figure out when to say which!

Yo is I, mi is my or mine.

"Estoy" comes from de verb to be (ser o estar).

Yo "estoy" buscando un restaurante.

Yo tengo dificultad al respirar.

Yo no me siento bien. Yo voy a ir al doctor.
