Había una vez cuando yo estaba en el décimo grado que acompañé el coro en piano. Una semana antes del concierto de coro el acompañante regular se enfermó. Por eso la maestra del coro me pidió si podría tocar el piano para el concierto. Le dije, “Sí,” pero tuve que practicar mucho porque solamente tuve una semana para aprender cinco canciónes.
Porque estaba practicando tanto siempre he tenido una canción de coro grabada en mi cabeza. Un día en la clase de matemáticas he tenido la canción, “He’s Not Heavy, He’s My Brother,” grababa en mi cabeza. Decidí a cantar la canción para que pudiera sacarlo de mi cabeza. En primero, todos en la clase estaban hablando y nadie me oía. Pero entonces la aula calló y yo estaba la única persona que estaba haciendo ruido. El maestro dijo, “Su canto es muy lindo pero ahora tenemos que hacer matemáticas." Estaba muy embarazosa.
There once was a time when I was in tenth grade that I accompanied the choir on the piano. One week befor the choir concert the regular accompanish got sick. Because of that the choir teach asked me if I would be able to play the piano for the concert. I said yes but had to practice a lot because I only had one week to learn five songs.
Because I was practicing so much I always had a choir song stuck in my head. One day in math class, I had the song, “He’s Not Heavy, He’s My Brother,” stuck in my head. I decided to sing the song so that I could get it out of my head. When everyone in the class was talking I decided to sing the song so that I could get it out of my head. At first, everyone in the class was talking and nobody heard me. But then the classroom grew quiet and I was the only person that was making any noise. The teacher said, "Your singing is very nice but now we should be doing math." I was very embarassed
