There are sites where you can type in a sentence in Spanish and hear it read with reasonable accuracy. There are sites where you can type in English and get an (occasionally) accurate translation to Spanish (but if you don't know much Spanish, you won't know it the translation is OK or garbage). As far as I know there are no sites that combine both steps into a single operation.

On the other hand, learning to correctly read a Spanish sentence, yourself, is very easy because of the regularity of the Spanish orthography.
