I think both work, but I have an attachment to using the verb "extrañar." cheese

i not making noise to you nikkis but where i live they put the "you" at the end of the action word if it is in your direction. but the people here are just people they dont make the rule before they talk they just say what they say. in that music "salsa" and in what he call "reggeton" he make it the same way.

"Extrañar" is the main one used in Mexico, but "echar de menos" is understood anyway.
