| I'm just an ordinary guy who thought it would be cool to be able to kid with a Puerto Rican client. But at that moment, I embarked on a Spanish-learning exercise that has gone on for many years. I haven't had formal Spanish training, but have learned a great deal from this site and many other opportunities: DVD-based courses, radio, TV, a GPS that speaks Spanish, travel to Mexico, working with Spanish-speaking friends, and many other opportunities. I am now comfortable conversing in Mexico, but am not yet fluent. I'm keeping at it. And I do enjoy chewing on sticks. | |
