| I work at Sears and have frequently encounter non-english speaking Latinos trying to check out at the cashier's counter. So to assist them better, and make them feel welcome, I am trying to put together a training guide to teach the cashiers all the necessary phrases (in spanish) to process any transaction or problem they may run into. | |
