BOE The “Boletín Oficial del Estado” is the official Spanish state gazette, which publishes the text of new laws and decrees, the outcome of public tenders, details of government grants and other matters which are legally required to be published. The judgments handed down by Spain's Constitutional Court are also published in separate supplements to the BOE. All texts published in the BOE are regarded as definitive and carry the force of law.
