Todo que es necesario, es un deseo para ser rehabilitado.

Which literally means

All that is necessary, is a desire to be rehabilitated.

All that is necessary and all that is needed mean the same thing in English.

I am glad that hhmdirocco mentioned this.

This is supposed to be a learning site, not an automatic translation site for people who can't be bothered learning, and just want a free service. I don't know about you, but I don't help those who come asking for a translation for a whole episode of a book without trying, but I am willing to spend hours helping those who post a paragraph with a 1000 mistakes in it, only because they are trying!
