writing spanish invitation

Hi all, i just spent hours trying to write a letter to invite my friend to my house. Described my house and stuff. but i m not too sure abt my grammar. pls help

Ademas me casa esta en el centrl de la ciudad y muy cerca de la biblioteca. Mi casas tiene tres habitaciones y dos cuartos de bano. Ademas, mi casa tiene ascensor, aire aconditionado y jardin. Piano de cola- grand piano. checked it from dictionary. but i guess leaving out is ok.
basically does the whole letter sounds funny ? any suggestions how i can improve? cos my spanish is still v basic

It sounds ok. I reworded it a little to cut down on the repitition and to fix the words that were used incorrectly. Such as jugar- that is used to talk about playing games. Tocar is used when talking about playing an instrument or music.
I thought piano de cola might be a grand piano, but I didn't check the dictionary for it. You are right, I checked it later.

hi thanks a lot for your prompt reply. was wondering for "No se habla español como idioma oficial en Brasil ni en las Guayanas" which means espanol is not an official lang in Brazil and Gauyanas, these kind of sentences should start with "no..."?

cos if i remember correctly, when u tell ppl u dont have a surname its "no tengo apellida"

if i say i dont have a house, is it "no tengo casa"?

Yes,, you are correct. The sentence that you referred to meant. Spanish is not spoken as an official language in Brazil nor in the Guayanas.

anyway, i was wondering whether the following makes sense, its part of a fill-in-the blanks with verbs question:

just adding a piece of my rare spanish knowledge, the other type of piano is "piano vertical" but said with a spanish accent as it appears the same as in english.
