Hello

In English I can say "I saw a very small bird using a telescope" and this would be instantly understood to indicate that I was using the telescope.

How would this sentence be expressed in Spanish'

When I first read the sentence I thought the bird was using the telescope, so it wasn't obvious in English.

You might want to say "Using a telescope, I saw a small bird."

In spanish you could say he visto un muy pequeño pájaro por telescópo
