at time point 0:00, there is an exchange between Marichuy and Juan Miguel which seems to me to be:
--Are you devoted to her?
--Yes, I am devoted to her.
--OK, you have her.

Did my ear hear the right words? It takes about 30 seconds.

This can be found on Youtube by searching for the above title and capitulo.

If you're referring to the exchange at the very beginning, she's asking him if he's marrying Estefanía to which he responds yes. She then asks him if he loves her (the girl he's marrying.)

Let me ask about the last statement first.

It appeared to me to be <>

I thought that meant, "You have her."

About the verb, <>, you must be right, but I could not understand it.

I would like to add one more question about this Capitulo. It begins parte 5. Juan Miguel says something encouraging to Marichuy, but I cannot get the sense of the conversation. First 30 seconds, Parte 5.

She asked him, "la quieres'" (you love her) not "la tienes" (you have her).
