I am working on a group fo safety documents for my company. Análsis de Riesgos is the heading for the documents. It would be very helpful to know what this phrase is in english.

Literally it translates Risk Analysis but maybe "Safety Hazards" might be a better fit in this case. It depends on the content of the document.

It might possibly be an Analysis of Workplace Hazzards.

If it concerns the work place, the terminology is "risk assessment". this assessment should be carried out before the operation of any task that involves a risk to safety.
You may also come across a term called "Method Statement". this involves outlining the method you propose to employ in carrying out specific tasks.
