'rosarino?

Does anyone know what "rosarino" means?

'Hay alguien que conoce esta palabra? Se que es un argentinismo, pero no tengo idea ninguna de su definicion.

Rosario is a city in Argentina. I have friends that live there. Rosarino(a) is an adjective used to describe someone or something from Rosario.
