i call my grandma quelitha. what does it mean

the spelling is probably wrong. but does anyone know what it means? i am spelling it the exact way it sounds. i really would like to know what it means.

Maybe it is "abuelita" that is like saying granny or grandma instead of abuela which is grandmother.

i know it doesnt mean grandma... like i was told it meant like sweet. do you have an idea'

I'd guess it's "querida" that you're calling her--meaning beloved, or dear one, or darling--with just a bit of a change to the pronunciation.
