Tengo una problema... puedes dime por qué se usan 'buenas dias, buenos noches, buena suerte' y 'un edificio antiguo, una calle ruidoso'..

Por qué es el adjectivo antes o despúes. Comó sabes cual usar?

Why does the descriptive adjective come before in Buenas Noches, but after in 'un edificio antiguo'?
