Hotel Development Lingo

Question

I am attempting to secure a job in the purchasing department of a hotel construction project. I am taking spanish courses and studying my spanish diligently, because the job is in Peru. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to focus a portion of my learning on career oriented vocabulary. Websites etc.?
