i hear a lot of women say AAGGHH,AAGGHH,AAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHH.
This is of course the present tense.

The conjugation appears correct too.

what would the preterite form of this be? lol

Being an extremely irregular "AR" verb, the preterite would be
AAGGHHÿ, AAGGHHÿ, AAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHÿ.
Sorry girls but i have a warped sense of humour.

Some people also say "alumbramiento". For example, "parto y alumbramiento". Kind of makes sense when you think in terms of "lightening" the load!
