I wouldn't say that these are a set of rules to follow because they have been given a set of rules to follow when driving more like what to do and what not to do while driving. But in this case, this policy includes things such as safety guidelines and consequences for drivers who might be involved in an accident or anything of that nature for not following the company safety guidelines.
