How do you say "sales lead" in spanish?

For example :

I have a sales lead for you.

I think it is "tengu un prospecto de venta para usted" ...
but i maybe wrong.

referencia de ventas would be a sales referral... prospecto de ventas would be a sales prospect....

I found one glossary that gives this:

Lead. Voz inglesa que se utiliza en marketing directo para designar aquel cliente potencial que tiene una necesidad no cubierta, que puede ser satisfecha con el bien o servicio ofrecido.

A lead is basically a pista, so maybe you could work that word into your text.
