I want to know what's the meaning of, It made me want to get my groove on!, in spanish :D

This is slang and the first meaning that comes to mind is sexual -- making one's self attractive to the opposite sex, etc. It wouldn't have to be, though; do you have context? I'm not about to try to translate this into Spanish, that might not come out right, sorry . . .

I sent to this guy a song... valerie, Amy Winehouse... and he responded me... It made me want to get my groove on!, and I just would like to know, what he meant, because I have never heard that... maybe if you can explain it in english. Thank you. :D

It can mean to have sex, to dance, to dance as if imitating sex, and on and on. It's very slang, but its meaning isn't well defined. He liked the song, though.
