it was on my daughter's facebook ? page - posted by her friend - in response to my daughter posting that she and I had shopped for/purchased her wedding dress
It must have been written by a non-native Spanish speaker, so we can only guess as to the intended meaning, but my guess is that it's supposed to say:
Es una sopresa para la otra familia. Con cariño, (nombre)
It's a surprise for the other family. Love, (name)
