In today`s class, we were talking about diminutivos and i asked the teacher (because i was trying to apply a constant rule but it kept changing) if there is a rule to apply?

and she said: NO (or not really, and it can be in one way where it is in another way in other words 'basically she was saying it depends on how it sounds')

I told her i will look for something in the internet.

can someone please provide me with the rule (if there is one)?

so i can hand it to the teacher and the rest of the students next lesson.

thanx...
