The first part of this coversation was " tu ya tienes novia verdad'", which I understand to say " truthfully do you have a girlfriend/fiancee'". That is a follow up to that question which I am not understanding. There is an ending which I do not understand as well "Porfis..!!". I could not find a translation for that, what does that mean'

Your title means, "If you do just tell me! I'm asking you, please''" "Porfis" is just a short way of saying "please".

The first part makes no sense. There is no verb conjugation haci for hacer. I am guessing that it may be:

Si es así, sólo dímelo. (If it is so or if that's true, just tell me so)

I am asking you for it as a favor.

Not a native, just guessing.
Oh I see LadyDi translated it. I wasn't too far off.
