Specifically I need to address the following: is a mortgage owed, Please initial here, Due to delinquent taxes there may be a tax certificate auction, Sellers disclosure form, any assessments or liens.

Thanks to whomever decides to help me. I'm stuck and dictionaries are not helping with phrasing.

don't quite know why you need the above but suggest you contact a spanish lawyer. If you take any advice from unqualified people, you or someone else is heading for disaster.
