Translating my Favorite irish Toast!

What is it to be successful in life.

To succeed in life you must find happiness for yourself and those you care about. No matter what you must do. If I could stop writing there I would. I'll quote my favorite toast. "here's to a long life and a merry one. A quick death and an easy one. A pretty girl and an honest one. A cold beer and another one!"

Tener exito en la vida hay que encontrar la felicidad para usted mismo y esos usted tiene interés. No importa lo que debemos hacer. Si pudiera dejar de escribir allí yo. Voy a citar a mi brindar avorito . "aquí está a una larga vida y un alegre uno. Una muerte rápida y fácil. Una chica linda y un honesto uno. Una cerveza fría y otra!"

Im mexican irish (50/50) and I wanted to be able to memorize my favorite irish toast for when I visit my hispanic side of the family in Tijuana, Mexico :D

To succeed... = Para tener éxito...
...encontrar la felicidad para usted mismo y esos usted tiene interés - How can you possibly find happiness for others anyway? It sounds very strange in Spanish, but keeping it as it is, you must say: "para usted mismo y para los que le importa".
Si pudiera dejar de escribir allí yo, lo haría.
Voy a citar a mi brindar brindis favorito
aquí está a ¡Por una vida larga y alegre uno!
Una chica linda y un honesta uno. (those "one" in English cannot be used in Spanish)
...una cerveza fría y otra más!"

He forgot to strike out the "un" before honesta.

Since this is for Mexico, you could say "una chela fría y otra más!"

No importa lo que tenga que hacer. Si pudiera dejar de escribir allí, lo haría. Voy a citar a mi brindis favorito. ¡Por una vida larga y alegre! Una chica linda y honesta. Una cerveza (chela) fría y otra más!"

The above includes one other correction to Lazarus's suggestions: "importan" This must be in plural to agree with "los."
