The sentence does not make much sense as it is, without context, and the last part is grammatically incorrect.

this is very colloquial and may only be understood in Spain:

Ya. En cristiano, "ahora somos amigo'" Ok, so now in clear text: are we friends now?

En cristiano: to talk correctly, clearly, often used as "speak correct Spanish"

you missed a letter
"ahora somos amigos'" = " are we friends'"

but it seems a normal sentence , it doesnt have valuable meaning.
