I responded to this 3 hours ago, but it looks like it still didn't get posted so here it is:
It's not written correctly but here's basically what the person means:
Hey, I'm not going to have my mom's phone (number) any more and I don't mean only today but always, ok, there, so take care and God bless you.

de nuevo means "again", and todo el tiempo means "all the time" instead of always.
